QGLaw, part of the QuestGates group, has launched a dedicated Counter Fraud team, further expanding its specialist legal and investigation services.
Growing demand from our existing clients within the QuestGates group, combined with increased interest following the acquisitions of Toppings Forensic Accountants and Brownsword, has significantly accelerated the growth of this specialist area.
The QGLaw team will work alongside and supplement QuestGates’ existing fraud capability where required.
The newly-formed Counter Fraud team has already attracted 15 experienced professionals from within the industry, enhancing QGLaw’s objective to reinvigorate and redefine the legal insurance market with a fresh, innovative approach.
Peter Oakes, Partner
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Oakes as a Partner of QGLaw and a member of the Executive Leadership team. Peter will lead the newly formed team and brings over 25 years of industry experience. He is widely recognised as a market leader in counter fraud strategies along with intelligence-led investigations and the team brings with it a wealth of experience and leading individuals.
