Anna joins the business from Howden where she was Executive Director – UK Claims for six years, leading and delivering the claims strategy across UK and international locations, with teams spanning a wide range of insurance classes including rural, real estate, sports, corporate and private clients.

In her new role at QuestGates, Anna will initially be responsible for overseeing the operations of the rapidly growing agricultural team at QuestGates and its subsidiary business, Hyperion, whose team was boosted with the acquisition of Focus Claim & Risk Management last November. This will include working with both teams’ technical leaders to ensure they have the right support and structure to manage increasing case volumes in the UK and overseas.
