QGLaw, part of the QuestGates group, has established a dedicated policy coverage and motor indemnity team, further enhancing its specialist legal services.
We are delighted to welcome Kay Sanderson as a Partner and member of the QGLaw Executive Leadership Team.
Kay was formerly a Partner at Keoghs and has over 22 years experience acting for insurers with specialist knowledge in complex policy indemnity and coverage, including indemnity recoveries and motor trade/commercial motor policies & first party fraud.
Kay will lead on relationships with existing and prospective clients, and work with our operational leads to ensure we deliver service excellence.
Kay will be joined by Laila Visvanathan as a Principal Associate and operational lead in the team. Laila joins from her role as Associate and lead lawyer at Keoghs and has a wide variety of experience in insurance disputes, advising on complex coverage and policy interpretation, handling complex indemnity recoveries and all aspects of policyholder fraud as well as managed oil spillage claims arising out of fuel deliveries.
In addition we are also delighted to welcome Kate Al-Thuwaynee as an Associate and Sophie Boardman as a Paralegal. Over the last 8 years Kate has honed her expertise in indemnity recoveries and policy coverage disputes and Sophie has built up knowledge in counter fraud focusing on LVI, phantom occupancy and late notification claims.
