QuestGates group today announces a significant restructure of its major loss and private client divisions, gearing the business for future growth and realigning resources.
Nicola Sutton, who was previously QuestGates’ Head of Private Clients, has been promoted to Major Loss and Private Clients Director with operational responsibility for complex losses across both commercial and household risks. Nicola has overseen the operations of QuestGates’ private client services for the past 9 years and draws on 20 years of adjusting experience. Within her new role, Nicola will continue to have oversight of Private Client Services.
Further strengthening QuestGates’ commitment to the growing demand in major loss activity, David Homer will join the business as Major Loss Director for the midlands and the north with effect from June 2024. With over 30 years in loss adjusting, David brings extensive experience to QuestGates. He is a well-known and respected figure within the insurance industry having worked for both adjusters, insurers and brokers with his most recent role being National Claims Director of national broker Partners&.
David Mello, who recently joined from Criterion loss adjusters where he was operations director will take the role of Head of Private Client Services, reporting to Nicola Sutton. David will support Nicola with the day to day running of this growing division.
